The Fudge is fine to be left for up to 3 weeks in the sealed wrapper, or longer but it will lose the smooth consistency the longer its left.  If you want to keep it in the fridge or freezer that is safe as well, within the freezer we do suggest that you bring out for up to 2 hours before eating to soften up, and will be fine for up to 6 months.
